Wallpaper Randomizer is a program that randomly changes
the wallpaper selected for the windows background each
time it is run. The syntax is:

     wallrand <directory>

where <directory> is the directory where the Windows 3.0
WIN.INI file and BMP files are stored (usually C:\WINDOWS).
The <directory> paramenter must be included. When run,
the program randomly selects a BMP from the BMP files in
<directory> and changes the WIN.INI file to reflect the
new BMP.

The program was designed to be run from the autoexec.bat
file so that a different BMP would be displayed for the
Windows wallpaper each time one reboots the computer and
runs Windows. If the program is run from a DOS window while
working in Windows 3.0, the change will not be effective
until after you quit windows and then restart it.

** Warning ** be sure to make a backup file of WIN.INI
before running.
