CDPLAY
Plays audio CDs on your CD-ROM
Runs under Windows 3.1

INTRODUCTION
When I bought my CD-ROM player I thought, "This is
great, now I can also play audio CDs on my $3000
computer instead of a $150 CD player !" So I
downloaded a few shareware CD play programs and watched
my system come to a virtual standstill. I just wanted
a simple Windows program to play audio CDs - no playlist
database, no time code display etc. This is my version
of a lean and clean CD play program.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
1. Press the buttons.

2. To use the "Goto" button, move the bottom scroll bar to
select a track - the track number will be shown on the
    "Goto" button.
Then press the "Goto" button to go to that track.

3. "About" tells you the total number of tracks and what track
    is playing.

TROUBLE-SHOOTING
If you get the message "The specified device is not open or is
not recognized by MCI" when starting the program, the problem
is most likely that the MCI driver for CD Audio has not
been installed. To do this, run the Control Panel program and
select "Drivers". Press "Add..." and select "[MCI] CD Audio" from
the list. Be sure you have a CD in the drive - the install
routine checks for a CD drive.
